Facebook, I’m afraid, can become a huge distraction when you are working on something you want to get done. I made this quick wallpaper set to remind me not to use Facebook as soon as I turn on my computer or iPhone. Click here to download the wallpaper pack.

    It’s called a pingback. It is just a person who featured that post on their own site — Screw GTD was the name of their post.
